Dave Kinyon Discusses Lockport Locks Heritage

Rotary Club of Lockport member and Foundation Chair, Dave Kinyon, explained the success and ongoing enhancement of the Lockport Locks. Our own Erie Canal is over 200 years old. Dave discussed the work of the Locks Heritage District Corporation at our breakfast meeting this morning.
