Hello Rotarians! This week's meeting is at The Dale Association. The meeting's speaker is Maureen Wendt and Dan Colpoys to talk about the Mental Health Committee. Lunch ordering will be open until 9:30AM on Tuesday, November 11th. Please note that lunch is now $14.00 Any lunch order placed after 9:30 am on the day of the meeting will not be ordered. Come out to Lockport High School for our annual fundraiser to support the LHS basketball program. Junior Varsity games will tip off on Friday, December 5th at 5:30pm with the girls from Mount St. Mary's facing our Lockport Lions, and continue at 7:00pm with the boys from Williamsville East taking on our Lockport boys. Varsity games for the same schools will be played on Saturday, December 6th beginning at 5:30pm. Sponsorship opportunities supporting our annual High School Scholarship awards are available using the Sponsor Reply form found on this page. Admission to the tournament is $4 general admission and $2 for students. LET'S GO LIONS!! |

Annual Salvation Army Turkey Dinner prepared and served by members of the club. Shifts for servers will be 11am - 12pm and 12pm - 1pm Also needed are 10 cooked turkeys, and 10 boxes of stuffing mix. Turkey drop off will be between 8:30 - 9:30am that morning (Monday, December 8th) at the Salvation Army. Roasting pans are available. |

A group will prepare a meal for about 6-10 people and deliver it to Lockport Cares, 188 Genesee St. The meal should be similar to what you would cook for your family, including a main dish, vegetable or salad, fruit or bread, and a dessert. The main meal volunteer should let the other volunteers know what they plan to prepare so you can coordinate. Typically the meal is delivered at 6pm. if you would like to bring it a different time during the day contact Dani in the office

Rotary Club of Lockport's Annual Bell Ringing for the Salvation Army, Lockport. Shifts will be 2 hours long starting at 10am and ending at 8pm on December 18th and will be held at the Tops on Transit in Lockport. There is a separate sign up for the bell ringing on December 23rd at Niagara County Produce - Millersport location. Please dress for the weather and wear some festive accessories, if you wish! If you are there first or last - you can pick up the kettle at the customer service desk. At the end of the day you can leave the kettle at the customer service desk if the Major has not arrived when you have to leave. Thank you! |
