Five More Lock Tenders - July 3, 2021

Today saw the dedication of the new set of five bronze Lock Tender sculptures. Artist Susan Geissler created these, depicting Frank Bernard Clench, photographer, the the 1897 Lock Tenders Fred Wagoner, Edward Barrett, John Leonard, and Ira McCoy. Many of the members of the Rotary Club of Lockport played a part in today's events.
