Dedication of Rotary clock 12.21.19

After a year of restoring the post clock at Main and Pine, Lockport, thanks to the contributions of many donors matching Rotary's, the dedication of the beautiful work by Chuck Roeser of Pendleton took place on Saturday, December 21st, 2019.
