-Steve C. assistant a wheelchair- bound passenger and her attendant in negotiating uneven floor in the jetway at O’Hare Airport, by pulling the passenger’s carry on luggage.
-Julie C. purchased coffee for the person in line behind her at Tim Hortons
-Shari H. purchased a donut for a member for the housekeeping staff as a surprise treat.
