In July our members heard from Shannon Bull, one of three recipients of a 2023 District 7090 Scholarship, at a weekly lunch meeting.
Shannon, a 2023 graduate of Lockport High School, shared that she will be attending St. John Fisher University in the fall, majoring in Human Resource Management. Her decision on a major follows a path laid by her Uncle Joe Giansante. Shannon was a member of the LHS InterAct Club, where she participated in Rotary service projects including Highway Clean-Up and the annual Salvation Army Dinner. Shannon thanked the club members for supporting her.
